Tokenspire Construction have completed large developments in Washington , Knowsley, Gateshead , Lincoln , Beverley, speke and Hull - all above 500,000 sq feet each.

Buildings of various sizes were constructed to complete the estates. A single building of some 400,000 sq feet was produced for a client in the Hull area and was completed both on time and within budget.

The building covers 10 acres 8000 cu metres of concrete was able to lay the floor slabs (which equates to approximately 1500 wagon loads concrete) was used in its construction.
